We started City Flats because renting in London had stopped working properly, for landlords and tenants alike. A fresh approach, built on transparency, technology and actually doing what we say.
City Flats was built by two people who've spent years inside the industry and knew it could be done better: Francesco, a brilliant sales and experience person who lives and breathes customer service, and Giuseppe, a sales and numbers-focused operator with a strong background in real estate and finance.
Between the two of us, we watched landlords get overcharged for services that never materialised, and tenants get left with no support the minute something went wrong. It didn't sit right. So we built the agency we wished existed.
With years of experience in the London real estate market, we're offering a fresh approach through technology, transparency, and the right service and support currently missing in the market.
Today we have let over 1000 properties and work with a team of established agents, property managers and very trusted contractors: builders, cleaners and more. We are all about being simple, clear, compliant and honest.
