Full management includes: professional photography and listings, tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks, tenancy agreement drafting, inventory preparation, rent collection, monthly statements, maintenance coordination (with a pre-approved spend limit you set), quarterly inspections, deposit management and end-of-tenancy check-out. You receive a dedicated property manager as your single point of contact.
We list your property on Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms, handle all guest communication and booking management, arrange professional cleaning and key handover between stays, and transfer your income monthly after our management fee is deducted. Platform fees (such as Airbnb's) are charged by the platform directly and are separate from ours. We'll advise honestly if your location and property type are suited to short lets before you commit.
